Haute Time Features Limited Edition Watches

Limited edition watches are made by manufacturers who want to commemorate a partnership or celebrate a certain event. In some cases, they use limited edition collection to simply reinvent an already existing watch.

The entire concept gives a certain exclusivity, which is something watch collectors know how to appreciate. Every person who is looking to have a watch of specific value is going to be interested in these types of watches.

Collectors have a lot of choices nowadays! Many watch brands regularly release limited edition watches as seen at Haute Time. Luxury brands like TAG Heuer, Bvlgari, Cartier, Movado and Omega Watches are only some of the brands that manufacture special edition watches.

For example, companies like Omega have a lot of reasons to create limited edition watches. They are an official Olympics time keeper and their watch was on the Moon. If you remember, there was a limited edition of watches with various styles, celebrating the landing on the Moon anniversary.

Another good example is Bvlgari and their Diagono watch. The style of this watch doesn't need updating but Bvlgari had something else in mind. They branded their classic Diagono watch with FIFA. Soccer fanatics were more than interested to wear this watch, hence it became a very sought for model. The fact that it was limited edition only made it a lot more valuable.

TAG Heuer is a company that often partners up with high-class car manufacturers - Porsche and Mercedes-Benz for example. Naturally, TAG Heuer came up with many special edition watches that were pure luxury. Powerful looking watches with Mercedes-Benz name and its emblem are really sought after and are considered to be quite expensive.

Movado made a lot of special edition pieces during its existence. This brand is focused on producing limited edition watches with artists or to celebrate some kind of anniversary. Being a very old company, Movado had the chance to make a lot of these watches. One of them is Movado M125 - a special edition watch made to celebrate the company's 125th birthday. It has a specific signature that varies a bit from the classic Movado signature.

Limited Editions mark a lot of different things. Marking a special occasion is the usual reason to produce a limited edition watch, and these models are 10 times pricier, designed with additional logo, and are made with precious metals, and generally tailored for a select group of people.

If you are a watch collector or are just generally very interested in wrist watches, I'm sure you will find a very interesting and valuable watch that you will be able to relate to. Many companies promote their association with something or someone who is not directly related to watches, so you can wear a watch that celebrates the brand of the car you are driving, a person you admire to or an organization you promote or might be working in.
