What Did Jesus Mean By Pick Up Your Cross, Selfishness, Sin, and Punishment? Jesus Said,-Luke- 24:27 And whoever does not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Luke; 14:27 And whoever does not carry their cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.
Matthew: 10:38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
Wouldn’t it be a lot easier if you understood the secrets of The Lord’s parables? After all that is one of the reasons we go to church. That is to understand better what Jesus said, and mean in his word. It does make it difficle to get something right if you don’t understand what you suppose to be doing. Almost by accident you can be doing some, and even a lot of it correct.
However even that’s not all he will have us do. After all who are we not to seek, ask, and even knock to find out whatever he has for us to know. If you go to any denominational church and fail to get understanding of all of our LORD’S parables will be your fault. It is difficult to pick something up when you don’t know what it is, or how to pick it up. For the pastor to just repeat the parable, or Jesus word is mostly what we get these days. However GOD is faithful that he has given Prophet Rev. Robert Davis to explain the secrets about his kingdom. RevDavis says fasting is the first part of your cross, which has three parts. RevDavis says Jesus was speaking about a spiritual cross that we have to pick up. There is a supper powerful reason to deni yourself. However as you may not been told. Jesus said to do this. Luke-9;23 And He was saying to them all, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must 1. deny himself, and 2. take up his cross daily and 3. follow Me. First deny himself, than take up his cross, than 3. We also need to know, learn how to follow THE LORD. Make no mistake about it by being in church is not enough. That if you are not learning to perform these secrets even as Jesus taught his disciples you will be left behind. We are not trying to scare, this is the simple truth, the lake of fire will be your home.

The Lord intended to speak in parables so that the world would not understand how to get into God’s Kingdom. However If you seek him there would be someone of his children he has given to explain these things for you. But! The Lord’s way is that you have to seek to find even that person he has given to explain his secrets.
